About David Gallan
David has been photographing Australian landscapes and wildlife for decades with a particular interest in the south east forests. His 2016 documentary film, UNDERSTOREY, traces the campaigns to save the south east forests from industrial logging and showcases the wonderful wildlife activists worked so hard to save.
A particular focus of his work are the threatened owls, quolls and gliders of the south east forests of Australia and the rhinos in southern Africa.
